Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
3. Shipping Time
Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days of payment of order. Shipping will not occur during weekends and national holidays.
4. Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been shipped.
4.2 P.O. Box Shipping
Teas and Steams will ship to P.O. box addresses using (USPS) postal service only.
4.3 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using (USPS) postal service only.
Refund/Cancellation Policy

2. Returns/Refunds
Our policy is: All Sales Final for all products and services rendered. Unfortunately, due to the nature of products and services, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange once order has been shipped or service rendered. We value 100% Satisfaction! In the event you are not completely satisfied with your product or service, please contact us to discuss an amicable solution.
3.Cancellation
3.1 Holistic Wellness Consultation
Cancellations and rescheduling for consultations require 24 hour notice. Cancellations prior to a 24 hour period are subject to refund. Cancellations not made without 24 notice are non-refundable. Please note *deposits are non-refundable.* Clients are allowed a 15 minute 'grace period'. If the client is a no-call/no-show, no refund will be issued. Clients are allowed up to 3 reschedules in a calendar year.
3.2 Mobile Yoni Steam Service
Deposits made for "Mobile Yoni Steam Service" are non-refundable. Payment is due in full 72 hours prior to scheduled booking and is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation/reschedule a 72 hour notice is required.
All attempts will be made to reschedule (as indicated), based on availability.
